HOMEOWNER’S ASSOCIATION

In order to maintain the quality of lifestyle that residents expect at Old Silo Hill, we have designed a Homeowners Association Dues, to be paid monthly, quarterly or annually in advance. There is a form located on the Member’s Only page for monthly payroll deductions for ease in paying the dues. Additional services may be added with approval of the Homeowners Association.
Each home purchased at Old Silo Hill will have one vote in any approval process.
Monthly Fee for Old Silo Hill
$250/month
Monthly fee includes:
– Water, Garbage, Sewer, Exterior Insurance
– Maintenance (Mowing + Snow Removal)
– Maintenance (Mowing + Snow Removal)
Annual Fee — $300 for Silver Creek Assoc.
The annual fee for Silver Creek Association goes toward the maintenance of ponds, entrance walls, flowers and trees and insurance. Old Silo Hill is a small percentage of Silver Creek’s 450 acre master planned community. This will be billed separately from your HOA month dues. This will be billed by the Silver Creek Association each July. Please contact Silver Creek with any questions regarding this payment.
Capitalization Fee - $500 one-time fee due upon the sale of the home from the new owner. This fee goes into the associations reserve account.
